Traité

Essential work on the Greek Coinage from its beginning to the reign of Alexander The Great (based on the title, obviously the work was not completed). Its content of French text is very well supplemented by the 355 plates of photographs in four volumes. It is the famous collection from the National Library of France. Available online (all volumes, parts, and plates?): Go to Internet Archive at https://archive.org/ and enter Traité des Monnaies Grecques et Romaines in the search box. Also try the Traité page at Hathitrust.
