NOT IN RIC	UNLISTED ISSUE OR MINT ERROR. Coin is similar to TICINUM 198 or TICINUM 205 but in those issues there are crescent or branch after officina letter. However, unusual distance between letters suggests that it could be mint error: engraver's oversight or filled die. This coin could also belong to the earlier issue TICINUM 189-191 with the same mintmark.
