Obverse: IMP C M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG
Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right; older features with long beard.
Reverse: SALVS PVBLICA
Salus seated left, reaching forward and grasping with right hand at shoulder height snake which rises from altar, to feed it from a patera held out with left hand at waist height.
