Note:

The reverse type has two possible interpretations, shown above. The bulge at the breast suggests that a third, male, possibility, Agathodaemon with the head of Serapis, is incorrect.

This photo shows the coin as I received it, with artificial patination that looks quite good - rather better than the more plain bronze surface I exposed when I removed it.
