Obverse: Head of young Dionysos right, wreathed in ivy with leaves and clusters of fruit.
Reverse: Cista Mystica, with a ribboned thyrsos resting on it diagonally.
Monogram to left, AMIΣOY below.

Note: There is sometimes said to be a panther-skin lying on the cista, with the fronds to the right being its feet. But these usually look more like the decorative ends of the ribbon which is tied in a bow around the thyrsos.
