Denarius of Hadrian. Minted between 134 and 138 A.D.

Obverse: HADRIANUS AUG COS III PP. Laureate head right.

Reverse: RESTITVTORI AFRICAE. Hadrian, togate, standing left,
holding roll in left hand and extending right to raise kneeling figure of
Africa. Africa wears elephant-skin head-dress and holds corns-ears: in
centre, corn-ears growing.
