Guaranteed Delivery - We guarantee delivery or we will offer a refund, replacement or store credit.
Insurance is included in the price of shipping. We do not ask our customers to buy insurance for shipments.
60 Day Approval Period - For 60 days after purchase, items are considered sold "on approval" and may be returned for a refund with no reason required.
Authenticity Guaranteed For Eternity - Any item deemed a forgery may be returned anytime forever for a refund of the purchase price. If any coin purchased from
FORVM is deemed a forgery by the ACCS, IGC, NGC or PCGS, we will pay their authentication fees plus a refund. Our guarantee makes coin collecting safe and easy for the
beginner and the experienced collector.
Buy-Back Guarantee - Items may be returned anytime forever for store credit refund with no reason required. If your collecting goals change or you want to upgrade
a type, we will credit trade-in of coins purchased from FORVM for the full purchase price.
Limits and Exceptions - For international shipments, if you ask us not to declare the value or to declare a lower value,
our delivery guarantee is voided. Guaranteed delivery coverage has maximum dollar limits for some shipping options, as identified during checkout and on our shipping options and fees page. Items and lots specifically identified as sales final or no returns are not covered by our 60 Day Approval Period or Buy Back
Guarantee but authenticity is guaranteed. Proof of purchase may be required for returns. Items must be in the same condition as when purchased.
Uncleaned coins must still be uncleaned. The plastic holder on encapsulated coins must still be sealed. Coins purchased as a group for one price may be returned
only as an entire group. Discounts (including FORVM dollars) applied to an order will be deducted from any refund on that order. Shipping charges are not refunded.
